Overall the company was very easy to deal with -- products were severely marked down when I purchased and the cost + shipping was equivalent to the cost on Amazon (prime). Juices arrived in an insulated box, still frozen despite sitting on the front stoop for several hours. My only caution would be not to rely on a complete defrost overnight in the fridge. My juices took about 2.5 days in the fridge to fully defrost. Resulted in some chewy (icy) juice on that first day!
