I dacides to do the 7 day cleanse. I just received and I am starting my cleanse today 6/15/2019. They taste great. The price is great, you get 42 juices for the 7 days. You drink 6 per day. I am still very active and I am still working out. I get plenty of energy and I don’t fell hungry.
