I contacted support and the gentleman was working with me and offered to send out a replacement for a scroll wheel issue. He asked if I blew it out with canned air, so I tried and it seemed to fix it. Fast forward a month and the problem has gotten worse. I reach out to Razer again to get it replaced and this time they tell me they can't because Best Buy is not an authorized seller. Either you stand behind your product or you know its junk. Well I guess Razor thinks theirs is junk.
