If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a new dongle for my mouse with expedited shipping in hopes it would get here faster. What I received was an empty box and a company that wasn’t willing to issue me a refund or send me a new product. My assumption is that they thought I was scamming them. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have the mouse dongle or my money so I can’t even go buy a new mouse. Seriously disappointing. I’ll make sure people know they’re willing to rip you off for their bottom line.
