I bought a Razer gift card from a brick and mortar store. I redeemed the card. On the back of the card it says go to their website and reload the card with more money. I went the website, entered my pin, added money to my account but it did not go to the card. Their support says that can't be done. Well, the card says it can. This is misleading.
