I ordered front and rear frame sliders June 22nd/2024 and after waiting for three weeks I reached out to them via email and was told I will receive them in two weeks. I waited and nothing received nor did they reach out to me. I reached out again and was told the same thing. I ordered these in June....here we are in August so I asked for a refund (on Aug 22nd) and was told I will have my refund in 10 days. Of course I have still not received my refund. This is the more horrific experience I have ever had with any company when buying parts for my bike. This type of service should be illegal and regulated.
