Not a smooth transaction. Parts late and transaction investigated for fraud. Reactive Parts didn’t contact me to let me know they weren’t shipping my parts, I had to contact them a week after order.
They resurrected the situation quickly and I picked up from their warehouse to avoid further delay. Appreciated but wouldn’t use again nor recommend to my bike buddies.
