They con you out of money. If you use your card to tap on and off, they charge for an individual trip each time rather than being like every other travel company and seeing you’ve completed more than 2 trips and only charging you for a day travel card. Absolute cowboys, but doesn’t surprise me as it’s run my Reading Borough Council, some of the biggest crooks in the country!
