“Absolute joke with the service,drivers are very rude and dont care about the time and efforts for the public for travel to work or importnat appointments.Alwwys they put not in service without any information.Really disgraceful service”

If you use your card to tap on and off, they charge for an individual trip each time rather than being like every other travel company and seeing you’ve completed more than 2 trips and only charging you for a day travel card. “Buses rarely run on time or randomly disappear from the app so can't accurately track your bus I've now been told that the 15 bus no longer goes on to Arlington business park bravo Reading buses people from the Oxford road side of town no longer have direct access to one of Readings main business parks one of the main reasons people don't use the bus anymore because they don't go to the places people need to go to I will be using the train from now on I'm afraid”

“My 4:26 am bus never turned up. Just disappeared off the reading buses app. Now trying to call customer care to make a complaint and I'm still waiting for an answer that will never come. Due to this number 26 not turning up. I had to walk 2 hours to work after purchasing my ticket. Now I'm on hold for what seems like forever. This is why I can't stand public transport and walk 9/10

He said good morning (with an extremely upbeat manner) to every person that borded the bus and gave advise on the cheapest ticket to purchase to one family! He then made the bus safe for passengers as someone split water from a bag! Not use to having such a happy driver! Hope he is rewarded in some way! He”

“What makes the driver of 730 bus to Heathrow think he can shout at passengers. As an elderly gentleman was boarding at Frimley today, the driver shouted at him “People are getting off!” No one at the bus stop could see these people on board the coach. Then he starts giving a lecture keeping all of us standing in the rain. Talk about a jumped up jobsworth.”
“I used the Flight line 730 bus from Bagshot to Heathrow Terminal 5 for the first time last week and was very pleasantly surprised. The service was on time and, at £2 for a one way fare, great value.
My driver, Saul, was very courteous and extremely helpful.
I will definitely opt this method of transport to and fro Heathrow in the future. Highly recommend.”
