The best thing about Stephen is that he has used his experience to fine-tune a process that is efficient and lucrative for selling houses. He invests in the advertising/marketing aspects of the sale (e.g. visibility on all websites, professional photos, etc) which translates into a quick sale for possibly more than another realtor. I was extremely satisfied with this. We sold our house within 2 days for more that I would have expected. He also gave good advice on what we should focus on in home improvements before it went on the market. The only word of caution that I have is that he doesn't hold your hand' as much as another dealer. He's very responsive to any requests, but the personal touch is lighter than other realtors. For me, this was a perfect match (I didn't want much of that) but if your personality type wants to be close to your realtor you may want to go with someone else.
