Stephen and his team were PHENOMENAL with the entire process of selling our home. They were very attentive to our needs and requests, as well as providing information as quickly as possible. Stephen and his team are amazing. We have sold two homes now through Stephen. One 9 years ago and one recently. Both times we have asked him to tell us what he wants changed or removed to better show the house. His photographer does great work. Both times we have sold the first day we listed for more than our asking price. We have referred friends and family and they have all had great experiences too! Stephen and his team actually sell your home and not simply list it. Stephen's team mate Jennifer was great in answering questions and helping us through the selling process. We also worked with Kami to help us find and purchase our new home. She was also amazing and so helpful in guiding us as we searched for the perfect house to meet our needs. If you are buying or selling, this is the team to call.

My experience with this realtor and his company was horrible. I was going to buy a home from his agency and my realtor could never reach him. He has no real address, and all calls were directed to his assistant. There were many problems with the home I was going to buy- and the owner was unwilling to fix everything so I signed an unconditional disapproval. They kept my 6K earnest money for 2 months without any good reason. Very hard to deal with this agent. Does he even exist? My realtor who has been in real estate for over 35 years had never seen anything like this. The assistant was very rude and awful to deal with as well. I finally got my earnest money back after 2 months only because we were going to take them to small claims and seller eventually sold the home to some other poor person. Do not use this company!!! They SUCK!!!’

I have to question these reviews as my experience was absolutely NOTHING like what these reviews would have you expect. Though this is a discount company, nothing could have prepared me for the extreme lack of competence. They are basically the equivalent to fast food real estate. Stephen will present VERY well on the first meeting. Then you will get passed off to a realtor you’ll never meet, who will never see your home and you will never have their direct contact information. It took me a long time to realize her phone number was just a generic line everyone in their office uses, mostly the administrative assistants. My agent never answered calls, and would only text back. So while I thought I was texting and communicating with my agent, it was only a generic line that office assistants were monitoring, not my agent. There was so many issues throughout this transaction, I can’t even begin to list them all here. This was mostly due to their sales premise of getting as many transactions as possible, having administrative assistants do as much as possible, and agents take on as many houses as possible. To say there were issues would be an understatement. -They literally missed at least one offer (that I know of) that took them almost a full day to unearth in the mass dump pile of all their transactions. My agent literally said “I can’t believe she didn’t call me”(even though they are instructed to email only) because she couldn’t hide that it was missed and we had lost the ability to use it as leverage with the offer we had currently been entertaining. There is no doubt I lost several thousand on not being able to leverage the two offers I had at the same time. -Another total breakdown…. there was an FHA requirement that I had literally asked about when the buyers requested to switch from FHA to conventional. I was told it should be fine. Well, 3 days prior to close, FHA said the requirement had not been met and the sales agreement had to be thrown out and completely redone adding 8 days onto the process not to mention the stress of having to go through the entire sales process again (another appraisal, more inspection period, etc). -The correct fee I was quoted was not included in the sales contract they sent to sign. I had to send the sales agreement back twice to correct the fee. This happened again at closing as they again added and extra .05% and had I not paid extremely close attention to ALL of the paperwork, I would have been out $2500 just for clerical errors. -I was really looking forward to the open house they originally promised and noted in his paperwork. When I inquired when it would be I was told they don’t do open houses because they are basically a waste of their time as they “don’t sell houses”. Not sure why they tell you they will do that when they have no intention of holding the open house but will never bother to tell you that. -When they sent the original listing doc which included the private notes to other realtors, they requested buyer realtors to communicate only through email, hence missing the offer. I could not believe this was how people would handle a 500k transaction with literally everything through email (again so administrative assistants would handle everything). - There was a number of times I received NO response at all to texts. Unless I followed through with additional attempts (days later) nothing would have been said. I can only imagine what the buyers agents went through trying to get questions answered. They had a terrible relationship with the buyers agent and blamed her for everything that went wrong (which was a lot). Please, do yourself a favor, and hire someone that prefers quality of quantity as far as transactions go. There are PLENTY of discount realtors who do so much better of a job, and thankfully I have found one. While these people were nice enough, their obvious priority is bulk sales and their bottom line.

I had a good overall experience with FixMyCredit @ WriteMe d0t Com. They were able to get negative items off my report and really took the reigns in handling everything on my behalf. I have already recommended them to friends and family and if I need their services again, I would definitely use them. My credit score also went up over 300 points.

Stephen and his team are top notch, easily the best real estate organization I've ever worked with. Stephen has an excellent marketing program and spends a ton of money on advertising across several real estate websites. Coupled with hosting open houses every week until the home is sold, it's hard to imagine another agent driving as much interest to your property. Very thorough and timely communications throughout the process of selling a home plus low listing fees with a cancel anytime policy make Stephen an easy choice when listing a home. I have recommended Stephen to several friends and family members over the last few years and will happily continue to do so. A+++

Working with Tyrone and Andrea was a pleasure! Selling a home can be a stressful experience, even in a seller's market. Team Parmelee were very responsive and "held our hands" through the entire process. Their knowledge, experience and positive, uplifting attitude were a huge plus. I highly recommend them!
