“We tried to sell our Aloha home ourselves going the For Sale By Owner route, but with no results. We asked Meredith to help us and she did an excellent job. We were impressed by both her knowledge of the local market and her ability to work with other realtors and their clients. She was straightforward with us throughout the process and worked hard on our behalf. An extra bonus is that she has a reasonable fee structure for clients who are previous For Sale By Owner listers. An all around pleasant experience. Thanks, Meredith.”

“This is the third house we have purchased and our third realtor. Working with Meredith was a whole new experience. We were incredibly impressed with how organized, knowledgeable, responsible and efficient she was from day one. Once we found the right house and the purchase process continued, it became clear that she was completely invested and there to fight for the best deal for us in every way. Even though there was another offer on the house, she was confident she could make our offer more appealing and counseled us and offered advice from her experience. Once our offer was accepted she continued to proactively addresses the inspection, and repair negotiation. It was a challenging process with the VA and complications with our loan. It was a stressful time at points, but Meredith was there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We typically received updates from her before the mortgage company. She was on top of every detail of our purchase and addressed every issue that arose almost immediately even when she was out of town. We had complete faith in her ability to take care of our family and make this purchase work for us. We can’t recommend her enough.”

“Highly recommend!!! This was by far the smoothest home buying process I have yet to go through! Meredith was a major factor in that! She was so fast and responsive from the home viewings all the way to closing on the one we chose, that you feel as if you are her only client! was very helpful on neighborhood, and housing value / market value... Worked with inspectors, appraisers, loan officers, and title company as if they were all the best of friends! I have worked with a few other realtors in my day, but none as fast and diligent as Meredith... She really works for you! 5 stars all the way!”

“Meredith was recommended by Mark and his crew at Academy Mortgage in Lake Oswego, Oregon. They indicated that she had exceptional local knowledge and they were right! I entrusted the process to her with help from one of my sons as I was not able to personally participate other than via text, e-mail, and by phone. The process was super and went along exceptionally quickly. She is quite pragmatic in her advice which was deeply appreciated. Excellent service!”

“We recently purchased a home sight unseen, and trusted Meredith to be our eyes. She's very knowledgeable about her line of work. I appreciate that she takes video of the houses. After we closed on the home she no longer had an obligation to us, but she continued to act as a mediator between the sellers and I. She also paid to have our locks changed when we learned that the keys didn't work and found a door unlocked upon our return home after an outing one day, which was very generous of her.”

“This is the first time we have sold a home, and Meredith made the process so much easier than we had expected. We had lived in the house for 20 years, raising our family there, and Meredith understood that there was stress surrounding not only the sale but the emotions of saying goodbye to our home. “When my house was purchased through Meredith McCreight I was actually out of state. Imagine being the Realtor for that circumstance!! Meredith (1)Found the House. (2) Was ALWAYS available to answer every question. (3) Provided the instructions to access the necessary Documents. (4). Encouraged Smart decisions (saving me from a disastrous one!) (5)Kept the Process moving efficiently. (6)Was at the Residence for each Inspection. (7)Took pictures for me. (8)Measured the house rooms for me. The previous statements depict JUST A FEW of the many courtesies that Meredith McCreight did for me. Most were done AFTER I PURCHASED THE HOUSE!! Clearly, Meredith has a Stellar work ethic!”

“Meredith McCreight is a terrific realtor. We are first time home buyers, and we didn’t realize how important it is to find the right person to work with. We cycled through several agents. It took us a while to find her- thankfully we did! I can’t say enough about Meredith- but here are a few things that set her apart: 1. Availability! Meredith was ready to show us houses at all hours (even the 4th of July!) This was imperative in the Portland market, where houses sell sometimes the first day they’re listed. 2. Patience! We probably drug her to 100+ properties. We sometimes came with a large posse. I was a picky buyer who couldn’t always articulate why I didn’t like a place that hit all my “wants.” She always accommodated us with a positive attitude and humor. 3. Knowledge! Meredith has the experience that buyers need! She knows the Portland area inside and out, and can tell you all about the repairs and maintenance a potential home will need. 4. Negotiator! In a market as competitive as ours, you need someone who can help you win your bid, and can fight for the terms you want. She put our needs first in an assertive way with integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meredith to anyone. I have a family member who is working with her now! Thanks Meredith, for doing such a great job for us.”
