“My wife and I knew we wanted to buy a waterfront vacation property in Bend somewhere but really were unfamiliar with the area. Meredith with the cooperation of another associate really educated us on so many opptions and it wasn't long before she found us a great property in Sunriver. However this is were the work for her started (for all of us) as it was a long negotiation process with a few stops and starts. She not only stuck with us but helped guide us and proactively kept everyone on track. We really felt like she was commited to us. Also being remote buyers she made it very convenient by going the extra mile to take care of things since we were remote. For example she took the time to open our property up for the cable company even after the sale was complete. This is just one of many times she went our of her way. So many times in the service industry these days we come across so many untrained and un profesional people. It was a breath of fresh air to get lucky and find Meredith. She is a real pro!”

“Meredith was always available to us by phone or text any time of the day or night. She helped us sell our house in a month, I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. And i will certainly use her in the future when i decide to sell again.”

“Meredith made purchasing a home in Sunriver a very easy, streamlined experience. She set up home tours, explained features typical/atypical to the local housing market. She was quick to submit bit/follow-up in a dual offer situation and has been very accommodating during the entire process which made things so much easier since we are out-of-state buyers. We would highly recommend Meredith and would use her again in the future.”

“Meredith came as an assistant to another realtor. It was as if she had been helping us from the start of our quest. She was not from our area, but it did not show. She did her homework and was able to successfully show us homes wherever we asked her to. She went out of her way to assist us, and stayed through the whole process inluding the closing with the title company. “I had a situation where I needed to relocate my ageing Mother closer to me. Meredith was very helpful with filling in the missing pieces. She found an agent that my Mom could work with in her area while I worked with Meredith in mine to find my Mother a new home. It's not always easy to sell another home in one location and move to another especially when your Mother is in her mid 70's! I'm sure whatever your needs are Meredith will have a solution!”

“Meredith was unknown to us when we started our property search in Bend, Oregon, but we felt so fortunate to have located her merely by one referral. She is very professional and knows the market well. She was very patient with us as we detailed every offer and decision, and she did a lot of extra research at our request and on her own initiative. She followed up with every aspect of our transaction, staying informed of the loan and escrow processes and forwarding information to us to ensure we were informed as well. She sent us photos of our property after the sale, which was a great addition to our records. Meredith is a real pleasure to work with and to spend a day with in the car looking at properties. She is well-informed and well-educated in real estate transactions, and is not aggressive toward her buyers in anyway. I have no hesitation in recommending her, and we hope to work with her again.”

“Its hard to know where to begin. The first time around with our home the deal didn't work out, and it was not at all the homes fault or the realtors either. Then we switched to the Stephen FitzMaurice group and even though I was a complete jerk and didn't at all trust them they still chose to keep me as a client. And because of their hard work our home is sold for top dollar. Everyone will have a different story and experience, and this is one of the biggest decisions possibly in your life. After all of this and after a person stops getting in their own way, this is the group that you want on your side.... Michael, is a fantastic dude and they're all damn good at what they do... If there is anyone that is reading this that is worried, well you should be, anything involving your home and yourself and possibly your family is huge decision, but at least for me, this group of caring people deserve far more thanks than we could ever give.”

“Seriously best experience ever! She worked so hard to get us our home & she is so good at negotiating!! I highly recommend Kami! She also is kind, supportive, knowledgeable, hard working and always available. She makes time for her clients. And she also makes the process easier. She is also honest about things and helped us make a hard decision to walk away from the first house we were in contract with.”

“Kami was phenomenal and helped us with the home buying process as first time home-buyers. She was there with us every step of the way, available to answer any questions we had, and advocated for our requests with the seller's agent. Kami also gave us feedback during the negotiations process so that we knew what was reasonable and unreasonable to ask as buyers. I appreciated that Kami checked in with us almost weekly or anytime there was an update that we needed to know on our end. If we had questions, she was quick to respond by e-mail, phone or text. I would absolutely recommend Kami for anyone looking to buy their home.”

“Don’t get an average realtor, choose Stephen and his team. Professional photos make a huge difference, not just snapped by the realtor with his/her iPhone.
