“Kami was phenomenal and helped us with the home buying process as first time home-buyers. She was there with us every step of the way, available to answer any questions we had, and advocated for our requests with the seller's agent. Kami also gave us feedback during the negotiations process so that we knew what was reasonable and unreasonable to ask as buyers. I appreciated that Kami checked in with us almost weekly or anytime there was an update that we needed to know on our end. If we had questions, she was quick to respond by e-mail, phone or text. I would absolutely recommend Kami for anyone looking to buy their home.”

“Don’t get an average realtor, choose Stephen and his team. Professional photos make a huge difference, not just snapped by the realtor with his/her iPhone. You get this and much more, plus his fees are less than other realtors. I’ve used Stephen several times now and it’s always been great. Highly recommend.”

“Andrea and Tyrone were great to work with. We first met Andrea through our daughter when she bought a house 3 years ago. When we decided to look for a retirement home with RV parking, we contacted Andrea for help. We looked for over a year and appreciated both the online and in person support through the process. Whenever we saw a house that looked interesting, they were happy to promptly take us to see it. When we finally decided to build a house, they handled both the sale of our current home and the negotiations on the purchase of our new home, We found Andrea and Tyrone to be personable and professional and would highly recommend them to family and friends when looking for a realtor.”

“Tyrone & Andrea are the best agents I have ever worked.with. Over the years I have bought and sold many property's and have worked with many different agents. What makes them heads and shoulders above the rest is that they are honest with the assessment of your property and have the contacts needed to do any type of work that is necessary to get your property sold for top dollar. The photos taken for the listing where top notch in high definition and even included an aerial photo from I'd guess a drone. My home was listed on a Thursday, Had two full price offers on Friday, but suggested I wait for the open house which was to take place on Saturday before making a decision. Low and behold an offer came in for 10k above asking! What more do I need to say! Funny thing was a neighbor down the street had there home on the market with another agent for 7 Months with no offers. My wife caught the neighbor taking a picture of the pending sign a few days later. Had to laugh, Looking to sell your home this is the team!”

“Really enjoyed the process with Stephen and his team. Interacted a lot with Stephen on the front end and worked with a couple of his team members through the process and, overall, really happy with how it all went. We questioned the pricing recommendations from Stephen up front and priced a little lower than recommended. Ended up selling right at what he originally estimated for the home which really indicated a great market intimacy. Didn't feel like I got a discount quality service even though the total commission was the lowest around. Would absolutely use Stephen and his team again.”

“I found Stephen and his team on line. It took a while to gain confidence, but I ended up being very impressed with his expertise and knowledge of the Portland Metro market. Even me being in California, his team and process was up to date with the best contacts and processed documents in a very timely and efficient manner.
