“We worked with Stephen on the sell side and with the help of his team we sold our home within the first week it was listed! We then worked with Kami and Greg on the buy side. Both teams were friendly, responsive, and friendly. Jennifer on the sell side was knowledgeable and always made sure to communicate with us and answered any questions or concerns we had. We had a short time frame to find a home and limited schedule, but Greg made sure to dedicate weekends and even an entire day with us. We found our forever home within a week. The entire transaction of selling and buying went smoothly and fast!”

“Stephen and his team delivered for us. Before meeting Stephen and team, we had been trying to sell our home for over a year and were running into constant roadblocks with a looming special assessment on our condo that had caused multiple sales to fall through. Stephen put together a top-down strategy from positioning, marketing, and negotiation tactics that delivered more than we could have imagined - under the circumstances. “Meredith was great! She understands the climate of real estate in Portland. Being first time buyers she made us aware of so many details that we wouldn't have necessarily known otherwise and our buying process was infinitely better because of it. She "had our back" and we had a successful purchase of our first home thanks to her insights and ability to be where we needed, when we needed her in this very fast moving real estate market in PDX!”

“Meredith was available at all hours of the day, every day of the week! We worked with her to find houses and she would send us back the "scoop" on each. Often times she would go out and see places so we would not have to make the commute...if it was not a good place for us she would let us know.”

“She has been a wealth of knowledge and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She assured us from the beginning and throughout our home buying process, that she had our best interest in mind. At one point telling us, " I just want you two to have all your options, and whatever you decide I will make sure you're represented well." I'd say this sums up our experience working with Meredith. She has been AMAZING. :)”

“Meredith is very responsive and a good communicator. This property sold well over listing due to her expertise. She has an excellent support staff as well. She will go to bat for you and is a good negotiator. She won't allow someone to rip you off. They come to closings to make sure everything goes correctly. She is a good resource for contractors. I would recommend her strongly to anyone buying or selling a home. My daughter has used her as well. I appreciate her sense of humor and realistic attitude. She tells it like it is! I am going to contact Meredith in the future when looking for a vacation property.”

“We tried to sell our Aloha home ourselves going the For Sale By Owner route, but with no results. We asked Meredith to help us and she did an excellent job. We were impressed by both her knowledge of the local market and her ability to work with other realtors and their clients. She was straightforward with us throughout the process and worked hard on our behalf. An extra bonus is that she has a reasonable fee structure for clients who are previous For Sale By Owner listers. “This is the third house we have purchased and our third realtor. Working with Meredith was a whole new experience. We were incredibly impressed with how organized, knowledgeable, responsible and efficient she was from day one. Once we found the right house and the purchase process continued, it became clear that she was completely invested and there to fight for the best deal for us in every way. Even though there was another offer on the house, she was confident she could make our offer more appealing and counseled us and offered advice from her experience. Once our offer was accepted she continued to proactively addresses the inspection, and repair negotiation. It was a challenging process with the VA and complications with our loan. It was a stressful time at points, but Meredith was there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We typically received updates from her before the mortgage company. She was on top of every detail of our purchase and addressed every issue that arose almost immediately even when she was out of town. We had complete faith in her ability to take care of our family and make this purchase work for us. We can’t recommend her enough.”

“Highly recommend!!! This was by far the smoothest home buying process I have yet to go through! Meredith was a major factor in that! She was so fast and responsive from the home viewings all the way to closing on the one we chose, that you feel as if you are her only client! was very helpful on neighborhood, and housing value / market value... Worked with inspectors, appraisers, loan officers, and title company as if they were all the best of friends! I have worked with a few other realtors in my day, but none as fast and diligent as Meredith... She really works for you! 5 stars all the way!”
