“Stephen was amazing. We chose him among four interviewed. He was the most knowledgeable about the market’s ‘potential price point and willing to employ additional strategies for highest bid. He was the analytics we needed to balance our emotional attachment to a unique property. The photos were beyond comparable and what we believe made our listing get over 2000 hits on Zillow and Redfin in the first 48 hours.”

“I have been following Stephen's publications and blogs for a while. His articles are very informative and intuitive! So when it was time to move it was an easy choice to pick him to represent us as our agent. As a person with more anxiety than patience, he's a good match. He's easy going, always available and has an amazing team that backs him up with the same core values. I highly recommend him and his company.”

“Tyrone and Andrea Parmelee were excellent realtors - by far the best I've worked with during two home purchases and two home sales. They were very professional and extremely responsive, always getting back to me within a few hours, if not sooner. “Andrea and Tyrone were great to work with. We first met Andrea through our daughter when she bought a house 3 years ago. When we decided to look for a retirement home with RV parking, we contacted Andrea for help. We looked for over a year and appreciated both the online and in person support through the process. Whenever we saw a house that looked interesting, they were happy to promptly take us to see it. When we finally decided to build a house, they handled both the sale of our current home and the negotiations on the purchase of our new home, We found Andrea and Tyrone to be personable and professional and would highly recommend them to family and friends when looking for a realtor.”

“Tyrone & Andrea are the best agents I have ever worked.with. Over the years I have bought and sold many property's and have worked with many different agents. What makes them heads and shoulders above the rest is that they are honest with the assessment of your property and have the contacts needed to do any type of work that is necessary to get your property sold for top dollar. The photos taken for the listing where top notch in high definition and even included an aerial photo from I'd guess a drone. My home was listed on a Thursday, Had two full price offers on Friday, but suggested I wait for the open house which was to take place on Saturday before making a decision. Low and behold an offer came in for 10k above asking! What more do I need to say! Funny thing was a neighbor down the street had there home on the market with another agent for 7 Months with no offers. My wife caught the neighbor taking a picture of the pending sign a few days later. Had to laugh, Looking to sell your home this is the team!”

“Really enjoyed the process with Stephen and his team. Interacted a lot with Stephen on the front end and worked with a couple of his team members through the process and, overall, really happy with how it all went. We questioned the pricing recommendations from Stephen up front and priced a little lower than recommended. Ended up selling right at what he originally estimated for the home which really indicated a great market intimacy. Didn't feel like I got a discount quality service even though the total commission was the lowest around. Would absolutely use Stephen and his team again.”

“I found Stephen and his team on line. It took a while to gain confidence, but I ended up being very impressed with his expertise and knowledge of the Portland Metro market. Even me being in California, his team and process was up to date with the best contacts and processed documents in a very timely and efficient manner. Stephen's market knowledge was on point and I would highly recommend him and his team.”

“Jeremy Wilkerson listed our home for us. He gave me great advise about what to repair and what to leave along saving me lots of money. His team found me a buyer with a full price offer. He was available to speak on the phone whenever I needed to talk to him. I am a home inspector and I've met hundreds of agents. He is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to work with. I feel lucky and I am very thankful that we had him sell our home. Thank you for everything Jeremy!!”

“Stephen and his team were awesome! Their customer service and real estate expertise were superb and we appreciated Stephen's cool and calm demeanor. Having only 1 bathroom and selling in late September, we were concerned that we wouldn't sell, but Stephen really liked the house and was confident he could sell it. We sold quickly and for asking price! We would definitely recommend Stephen and his team to anyone selling a house.”

“Riley did an amazing job. We had a unique situation where our housing was held up because others in this process weren't following through and making things happen on time so we didn't get our house for months after we were supposed to be in it - but Riley kept on top of it and went above and beyond to get the other people moving. All was out of his hands and had nothing to do with his agency but he kept on top of it and got the other guys to finally do what they were supposed to do so we could have our house! Finally!”

“Riley was patient with us when we gave him ideas of what we wanted, but nothing solid. All we gave him to go on was that we wanted either a house for a 5-year life plan, or a 10-year life plan. He showed us lots of places that helped us narrow our idea down to where we could actually begin describing more specifics of what we wanted. When he found our wonderful home, the listing price was a few thousand out of our budget. When we put our offer on the house the seller dropped her price considerably! I was shocked she went so low! Later, I found out that Riley had sent a picture of my husband and I to the seller along with a short paragraph about us. Riley did a fantastic job of making us feel like more than a paycheck to him. He made us feel like finding the right home was all that mattered.”
