“Kim is wonderful! She listened to what we wanted a worked really hard to make our dream come true. The property we wanted turned out to be complicated but she stuck with us, both advocating for us when necessary and reminding us of the limits. We got what we wanted and we would definitely call her again! Highly recommend!”

“I contacted Kami after our previous agent failed us. She was totally the right person to help us get the house we wanted. Not only was she super responsive, she helped closed the deal. I never worried when she would get back to me, she always texted or phoned. I also appreciate that everything was electronically signed through DocuSign so easy and efficient. She was a great negotiator and told me straight out what I needed to get a house that had multiple offers. Her team was fantastic too, very responsive and kind. If you need someone who will get the house you want, you need to contact Kami. Just awesome all around!”

There were times that we were out of town and she went the extra mile for us to be present for us in our absence. It isn't possible to get a higher level of experience. “Kami is on point and actually cares about her clients! Wonderful working with her in purchasing our first home! Every little question I asked was answered knowledgeably and quickly. “We were fortunate to have an agent, like Kami, because our home purchase had some serious challenges and proved to be a difficult close. She helped us navigate through all of the issues and coordinated well with the other parties, especially the seller’s agent to address our concerns. For example, there were some large Douglas fir trees that had significantly impacted the foundation. She worked closely with the seller’s agent to make sure that they were removed and the foundation was properly repaired and leveled. Kami communicated with us throughout this whole process keeping us constantly apprised. We now live in the house of our dreams in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by wonderful neighbors. Furthermore, she has surrounded herself with an excellent, responsive team, in particular Michael Crosby, who showed us so many homes in different neighborhoods and educated us about Portland and surrounding cities. Kami and he were a great help in our transition to a new state and city.”

“Tyrone and Andrea where wonderful helping me sale my parents home. They helped reduce my stress of my loss with their kindness and understanding. They were carrying and very professional. They were knowledgeable presenting me with comps for other homes in the area to help decide what we should list the home for. It hit the multiple listings on a Friday , it was shown 3 times on Saturday and I received a wonderful offer Saturday night . We had an open house on Sunday and the house was sold,, accepting the offer for $5000 more than it was listed for . WOW. Is that PERFORMANCE or what ?? The transaction was the easiest thing I have ever experienced. Every question I had was met with confidence and assuredness. Their response time of my questions was amazing . Team Parmelee was so informative of every time line that needed to be met was guided with wonderful instructions each step of the way . They are so organized . I would recommend this team to anyone considering listing their home for sale ! Thank you Andrea and Tyrone. You both had a way of reducing my stress and sadness during the sell my parents home . “Kami was the most knowledgeable , friendly and forthcoming professional. She spend a great deal of time and provided a very in-depth report for the seller to correct /replace/repair on our new home. We got 95% of all we asked for in the repairs and a check to replace the work that wasn't able to be completed in time. We love our home Ben, the showing agent was great also in showing us homes that was in our budget and area.”
