“Riley was our realtor for the recent successful purchase of our home in Corvallis. He was an extraordinarily good person to work for us on many levels. He was extremely comfortable to work with because of his great combination of calm self-assurance and great responsiveness. Instead of giving partial answers to our emails and other correspondence, he always responded to everything thoroughly. He didn't play games. We consistently felt like he was truly working for us. When we discussed challenging negotiating tactics he REALLY listened to and understood our perspective, gave his advice clearly and with well-thought out and directly expressed explanations. He has wisdom and people skills well beyond his years. We have dealt with many realtors over over several decades and virtually all have been disappointing in various ways. Riley is heads and shoulders better than any of them, especially in the intangibles that make all the difference. As for tangibles, he helped us negotiate the seller down from her already reasonable listing price by $22,500, even in a sellers' market! An enjoyable realtor who gets truly impressive results. You can see why we are confidently referring anybody who needs a realtor in the area to him. He is truly a rare find.”

“My husband and I would highly recommend Riley Nix! He was very responsive throughout the home buying process and often worked late hours on our behalf. As first time home buyers, it was helpful that Riley was very informative on both the home buying process and the city of Corvallis/surrounding areas. We also appreciated that Riley provided us information that gave us realistic expectations (so we would not get our hopes up!) Additionally, Riley went above and beyond to help us close the deal on our home. For example, since we were out of town in the days leading up to closing the home, Riley helped removed the wood stove insert (required by Oregon state law) in order for the appraiser to sign off. We could not be more happy with our purchase and are very grateful for Riley's help! Without reservations, we would recommend Riley Nix!”

“Riley did an amazing job helping my wife and I find our home. Being first time home buyers (and probably pickier than average) we needed a lot of help. He went above and beyond doing walk through video tours of properties when we couldn't be there. Riley was just wonderful and patient every step of the way, and he found us our dream home where we're very happy. Thanks Riley!!”

“Kim is wonderful! She listened to what we wanted a worked really hard to make our dream come true. The property we wanted turned out to be complicated but she stuck with us, both advocating for us when necessary and reminding us of the limits. “I contacted Kami after our previous agent failed us. She was totally the right person to help us get the house we wanted. Not only was she super responsive, she helped closed the deal. I never worried when she would get back to me, she always texted or phoned. I also appreciate that everything was electronically signed through DocuSign so easy and efficient. She was a great negotiator and told me straight out what I needed to get a house that had multiple offers. Her team was fantastic too, very responsive and kind. If you need someone who will get the house you want, you need to contact Kami. Just awesome all around!”

“Kami is on point and actually cares about her clients! Wonderful working with her in purchasing our first home! Every little question I asked was answered knowledgeably and quickly.
