Tyrone & Andrea are the best agents I have ever worked.with. Over the years I have bought and sold many property's and have worked with many different agents. What makes them heads and shoulders above the rest is that they are honest with the assessment of your property and have the contacts needed to do any type of work that is necessary to get your property sold for top dollar. The photos taken for the listing where top notch in high definition and even included an aerial photo from I'd guess a drone. My home was listed on a Thursday, Had two full price offers on Friday, but suggested I wait for the open house which was to take place on Saturday before making a decision. Low and behold an offer came in for 10k above asking! What more do I need to say! Funny thing was a neighbor down the street had there home on the market with another agent for 7 Months with no offers. My wife caught the neighbor taking a picture of the pending sign a few days later. Had to laugh, Looking to sell your home this is the team!
