Really enjoyed the process with Stephen and his team. Interacted a lot with Stephen on the front end and worked with a couple of his team members through the process and, overall, really happy with how it all went. We questioned the pricing recommendations from Stephen up front and priced a little lower than recommended. Ended up selling right at what he originally estimated for the home which really indicated a great market intimacy. Didn't feel like I got a discount quality service even though the total commission was the lowest around. Would absolutely use Stephen and his team again.
