I can't imagine using anyone else to sell a home. Stephen prices right and markets right. He asks for feedback from each agent who tours the property and he keeps you updated. He sold two family homes for us and we will be using him again in the near future. He does everything any really good agent would do and charges a lower fee. It's a no brainer - top agent for rock bottom fees.
