Stephen Fitzmaurice is a great agent to work with. He is knowledgeable, supportive, does not push his own agenda, and maintains good contact through the whole process. My property was photographed and online within 2 days of first meeting with Stephen. Having sold other houses in the past, I may not have had as many questions along the way as some. That being said, he helped sell my house quickly (6 weeks) in the off-season and location was an issue as well. Having talked with several realtors along the way, I was glad to have worked with Stephen. Before this, I did not believe that realtor choice made much of a difference. But he proved me wrong on that count!
