In this horrible time of home sales, Stephen did a great job and got us a great buyer for the home. Once the BANK decided to negotiate, he priced the home and attracted a solid buyer. He was always ready to answer questions and text messages and emails flew back and forth. He uses electronic signatures, which made signing a last minute document a snap and you have a copy for your records. All went smooth from there, the signing and funding went without a hitch. I highly recommend Stephen Fitzmaurice.
