All was excellent. Stephen does a lot of sharing information and other work with contacts before the actual listing so that people are aware that the property will be listed soon. This is very helpful. My property had an offer within hours of the listing and a second within a day. It sold for $30, 000 over the asking price, for cash. Stephen and his team are the best!
