Great experience with this company while selling our first home. Kim Woodhouse was our realtor and she made a very stressful process much easier. She was friendly and upbeat, yet honest and to the point. She helped us maneuver through the multiple hurdles inherent in selling an older home. Her team was professional and quick to respond to any questions. We sold quickly and for well over our asking price. They take a lower percentage realtor fee, but I never felt that I was receiving a discounted level of service. Would highly recommend.
