Kami was the most knowledgeable , friendly and forthcoming professional. She spend a great deal of time and provided a very in-depth report for the seller to correct /replace/repair on our new home. We got 95% of all we asked for in the repairs and a check to replace the work that wasn't able to be completed in time. We love our home Ben, the showing agent was great also in showing us homes that was in our budget and area.
