A young lady working in the Waurn Ponds shoe department, long black ponytail, (Michaela I think her name is) was the most pleasant and helpful person we have experienced in so many years. She attended with netball runners and shoes for my grand daughter and grand son. She had alot of knowledge in the netball section in shoes, we came away with a smile. We will definitely shop again at this store. EXCELLENT.
