“Ordered online size Youth 13 to 15. Received all items on size youth 18 to 20. As far as I'm aware youth sizes stop at 16 and tgen you go to small mens. They are not a an 18 to 20 in adults either they are apparently delivered from an overseas company called Fanatics but they don't respond to Rebel. The numbers on the tags don't match up to kyborder. The sizes on the tags all say youth 18 to 20 but the cm sizes match up to adults small to xl so totally misleading. No obe seems to answer my questions. I want the clothes I ordered in the size I ordered and don't know what to reorder to get right size. Worst customer service ever and now most styles and sizes sold out. How can a company this big get it so wrong. Even if they supply from elsewhere still their brand. I have list all faith. Problem still remains uresolved. Very disappointing 😞”
“I have never been so frustrated at trying to buy a product using your online payment system. I filled the required info in 4 times and still got no where. I talked to your online staff twice and got nowhere. They said they would ring my partner as I had to go to work and never rung back. Obviously they dont want customers to buy anything. It's only half way through the season 2024 and unfortunately players cannot help when they grow out of their boots or they just need a new pair due to wear and tear. Don't just cash in before the season starts. How about provide some decent selection for those who choose to comecinto store to buy boots.”

“unfortunately i was given a gift purchased from rebel sport , the t shirt was too big and even though it still had the tags on it , i was not able to swap it over for a smaller one , I wasn't looking for a refund but a exchange . i understand now the policy is to have a proof of purchase , but when you get a gift you don't have it , i suppose the take away is don't buy gifts from rebel sport unless your prepared to keep the receipt”
“A young lady working in the Waurn Ponds shoe department, long black ponytail, (Michaela I think her name is) was the most pleasant and helpful person we have experienced in so many years. She attended with netball runners and shoes for my grand daughter and grand son. She had alot of knowledge in the netball section in shoes, we came away with a smile. We will definitely shop again at this store. EXCELLENT.”

“Hi, we visited Rebel at Coomera, QLD. There was a lovely lady Sandra, was assisting another customer however acknowledged us so we did not feel ignored. Sandra knew exactly what/where and cost the of items we asked about. Offered excellent advice and was very efficient without making you feel rushed. Due to the expertise we actually brought additional items. The store was VERY busy and Sandra made customers feel that you had her complete attention while still letting other customers feel acknowledge. Great experience, I will attend this store from now on. Big thanks to Sandra.”

“The store at Westfield liverpool requires proper merchandising. It always looks a mess, unstocked and little attention is given to mens wear or the selection. I want to spend money, but end up going to the brand directly online.”

It is your responsibility to follow up your customers orders until they receive it.
It's not a excuse to point Aus post for your fault when there is some other websites out there who deliver their customer's orders in less than a week.
I'll lodge a complaint with PayPal to get refund.

“Andrea in Werribee Rebel Sports is really a gem of a person who has helped way beyond. What a customer service provided by her. My son was looking for sky blue nike T-Shirts of M size and we have been to the store atleast 10 times and could not find there. But yesterday, we asked Andrea to find out for us and she called others around and found 5 shirts in geelong store and ordered for us at no cost. My son is really looking forward to have that particular shirt and he is very happy even the news of the shirt been booked by her. We will love to come back again and again.
