“I am 84 years of age and purchased an item in a card box of considerable weight for me.on driving to the pickup warehouse door I was not offered any assistance as the policy was to (not go beyond the bars) it is ludicrous that your staff can not carry a package for 2 metres.this policy serves only to encourage soft lazy and inconsiderate standards of service.Your customers deserve better and will not happily support your company .Very disappointed and shocked that your company has opted to introduce this ludicrous rule”
