“unfortunately i was given a gift purchased from rebel sport , the t shirt was too big and even though it still had the tags on it , i was not able to swap it over for a smaller one , I wasn't looking for a refund but a exchange . i understand now the policy is to have a proof of purchase , but when you get a gift you don't have it , i suppose the take away is don't buy gifts from rebel sport unless your prepared to keep the receipt”
“Terrible customer service. Ignored, then approached a staff member who was stacking shelves and got told to ask someone who wasnt busy! So sorry for wanting to spend money in your store!
Asked another staff member if they could help and was told they were doi g something more important! FFS.”
“I have given up on Rebel, Forest Hill.
Tried many times to find a Nike show to fit me.
For some reason I am a freak. Nike, size 13US in white with a budget of up to $250. NOTHING.
Amazing.
So, in future I will go direct to Nike.”
“Online order click and collect expensive exercise equipment, order failed but they took the money lol. Have to wait a week to get refunded. What the hell.”
“I bought a few items from Rebel about more than two weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet, how hard can it be?!!! Contacted their customer service but no response...
It is your responsibility to follow up your customers orders until they receive it.
It's not a excuse to point Aus post for your fault when there is some other websites out there who deliver their customer's orders in less than a week.
I'll lodge a complaint with PayPal to get refund.
Not buying again.”
