unfortunately i was given a gift purchased from rebel sport , the t shirt was too big and even though it still had the tags on it , i was not able to swap it over for a smaller one , I wasn't looking for a refund but a exchange . i understand now the policy is to have a proof of purchase , but when you get a gift you don't have it , i suppose the take away is don't buy gifts from rebel sport unless your prepared to keep the receipt
