After having flawless experience with Rebus in the past and in the last 2-3 weeks on non-stop project renders, today there was a technical issue which prevented uploads or downloads. Nebojsa took the time to communicate directly with the developers, who solved this issue live, and my file is now rendering again. Perfect service, fast and very cost-efficient rendering, and with customer service like this… perfect!
