I know our rower took a lot longer than expected to arrive but we understand it was due to Covid and understaffing to get our machine built. We love it. Easy to assembly and smooth quiet workout. I would suggest on your site to acknowledge longer wait times longer than 6 week backorder so customers are aware of the situation but otherwise we are really happy with our rower.
