6 weeks since my order and still nothing has shipped and no follow up on when I should expect it. The very same item is still listed for sale on the site with 'In stock and ready to ship!' shown in the description. When calling support, it usually disconnects on hold after a few minutes. Find another place to buy from. There is no shortage of competition.
