I ordered a boot and a hose one week before knee replacement surgery. They are very good at charging me but they are terrible about shipping the items like they said they would. Ice is a huge part of recovering after knee replacement so I ordered the items one week before surgery. It’s almost been two weeks and I still haven’t received the items I need to ice my leg.
Not happy.
