During these uncertain times the delivery was going to be pushed to about 3 weeks. They were upfront and asked me if that was an issue. I really needed this rower for the low impact workout. Jared kept me informed on my order and answered all my emails promptly. The water rower is working perfectly and I highly recommend it and going through Recovery for Athletes. I appreciate the great communication!
