Ordered water rowing (Viking) equipment from Recovery, had questions with delivery (Fedex) due to Covid - 19. Jared (owner) responded immediately every time I inquired about shipment, product etc. (Totally amazing).
I also was impressed with a live person picking up the phone.
I highly recommend all to check them out.
