We haven't had a chance to test out our gorgeous new mat yet, but we are already impressed with the customer service provided. The mat carry bag was damaged in transit when it arrived, but Recycled Mats were super quick to post out another in the next day's mail. Excellent Service! Looking forward to spreading out that lovely Native Banksia at our next camp!
