“Hi, I actually sent you an email on 28/08/26 regarding the bad state that the parcel arrived in. Initial packing seemed to be the biggest issue. Our post office put the peg bags back in- wonder how many times they had fallen out on the journey?! I also enquired upon ordering additional packets of mat clips but received no response. I have purchased a large recycled mat a few years ago and have no problem with the product. Please refer to email from this email on 28/08/26. I can resend it if needed. Regards Andrea”

“Beautiful looking mat, good density but lacks grip for some poses...hands & feet slip. Much as I prefer recycled products, the mats functionality is disappointing in this regard.”

Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to leave your review of your yoga mat. We're glad you are pleased with the design, and we would love to help you with its 'grippability' so you love it even more. Occasionally some of our yoga mat customers can experience issues with grip - it varies from person to person. To help you remedy this, have a read of our quick blog post https://www.recycledmats.com.au/blogs/news/tips-tomake-your-yoga-mat-less-slippery where you will find some tips to help you speed along the process of increased grip. I do hope this helps and you have many happy years with your mat. Team RM.

“Mats work so well and suited our audience as we have a large community group that prefer outdoor settings. The look and feel of the mats are inviting and give that sense of community feel of the colours. On behalf of the Wagga Wadth Community Group based in Townsville we apprecaite the artists and designs to give that connection to place.”

“Seriously not impressed that I ordered a grey matt and you knowingly sent me a green matt without any apology or reasoning. Yes you refunded me the price of the matt after I complained however I was not refunded the incurred cost of the freight and delivery charges. I did advise your staff that I didnt want a green matt and would never of placed an order with you had you been upfront and advised that they grey was out of stock and that you'd falsely advertised it in stock. Lesson learnt. I won't be ordering through you again and will be advising those I know of your false advertising. I work in the automotive industry and am well versed in the Consumer Laws rules and regulations that all companies must abide by when it comes to advertising online.”

“We've been using a couple of the mats in our music and movement classes with preschoolers for years, and they've lasted really well. I purchased a new one because finally one of the mats is starting to look tired. These are great mats in my experiences and I love that they are made from recycled plastic!”

“I have ordered and used the mats from Recycled Mats many times now for teaching environments and for home and camping. I love the quality and the designs. The acknowledgement and authenticity of cultural designs is very important and I appreciate how Recycled Mats approach this. The mats I ordered years ago are are still going strong and they get a big work out every week from indoors to outdoors, wet and dry, paint and mud and all sorts. The kids definately know how to test this product. I will always recommend Recycled Mats first for this kind of product. Thanks”

“I knew I was buying from an ethical company. Everything I read I liked. Especially, their transparency regarding why they manufacture in China as well. Normally I would avoid buying products manufactured in China but after reading the reasons why, I went ahead and ordered. I hoped the mats would be everything I hoped. They were, even better! The colours were lovely and the mats stay on the ground without lifting at the edges. Just love them. I’ll be ordering more in the future. Thank you.”

“Recently purchased mats x 2 which unfortunately when they arrived i realised I had stupidly ordered the wrong measurements. Return was easy and reorder arrived within days. Quality is unbelievable and so happy with the correctly sized mat. Great business to deal with .”
