Not suitable for patio furniture of any kind. We have holes in our mat after a week of minimal use. So disappointing.

I have not yet received my mat which they said would be here by the 28th February. I have tried to send a message in the appropriate place but it keeps coming up not sent. I have written to them and they told me to reply in the appropriate place which I have tried. Am waiting to here back!

Used it once and it ripped at the edge when setting up for the first time in front of the caravan. Not worth $300 when the product rips so easily better to just buy a cheap one it would last a lot longer. Definitely don’t recommend them for use in front of your caravan

I still haven’t received my mat, it was ordered on the 5th of December, so not very happy it’s a gift for Xmas. Please let me know where it is as soon as possible.

You probably shouldn’t have asked.., decided on mats for my partners staff. Ethical etc etc What you do for the environment is COMPLETELY negated by trying to save on delivery costs. Courierplease lie and say nobody is home. I stayed in ALL day. It’s a $1300 purchase and I’m sitting at the international airport and they still have not arrived. I have sent numerous messages to Courierplease (they are a broking firm that contract out to the cheapest drivers - consequently their vehicles are the least environmentally friendly of any delivering) I visited the newsagent that they drop the parcels off at - and they weren’t there so even though when they said they were out for delivery I suspect the mats were still at the depot. The function was last night. :( If this cannot be resolved in the next 24 hours I will be requesting a full refund and will leave it up to you to try and locate the parcel. I have literally spent HOURS trying to find these mats. If you do by chance locate this parcel today (Wednesday) then please have it redirected to: Nigel Williams Chief Risk Officer - CBA Level 14 201 Sussex Street Docklands NSW 2000 phone +61 466 008 288 I could not get it redirected. Your account with Courierplease must give you a person to speak to at the very least. NSW Fair Trading need to investigate this company - it is ILLEGAL to lie to customers. First time taken mat out of bag it has uneven stretched plastic down each fold which makes the mat stay up and not go down flat obviously a manufacturing fault brought mat in the June sales didn’t open the bag till our Christmas holidays because of lock downs in Victoria Because we didn’t return in the first 30 days of purchase thay don’t want to know about there faulty product that costs lots of money in the first place definitely I don’t recommend buying off them there’s other places that offer 12month - 3 years warranty on there recycled mats very disappointed in there service would give zero star but wouldn’t let me also seen some reviews of the mat kills the grass and some caravan parks won’t let you use them because of this

We placed a pre order on 29/7/21 for two mats (Tracks and Gatherings). We then were billed and invoiced twice for this order totalling $449.70. I called to report this error to your helpline and was told that the duplicate order was our fault. As such the only solution offered was to send back the duplicate order. This would cost us approximately $40 in shipping ($19.95) each way for a product we did not order and were incorrectly charged for. The company refused to cover the shipping cost. I have been extremely dissatisfied with this customer experience and the lack of support by your company to remedy the error in a satisfactory manner. I also tried to resolve this by emailing a manager and was basically told by the same helpline staff member that the order error was my own fault and that Recycled Mats wouldn't offer any solutions. Why would I place two identical orders and pay shipping twice?!? Very disappointed by the conflict resolution offered by Odette.

Sadly I was very disappointed with my purchase of the picnic wine table. I brought it for a friend and when it arrived it was not well made it was wonky and not sanded in fact it would give you splinters. I expected it to be rustic looking but well finished. I was really disappointed because I wanted to support Australian made a recycled wood. The workmanship was terrible.This was a very expensive purchase for what I got. I paid extra to get it in time but luckily we went into lockdown so I have purchased another brand for my friend. I will repair and sand it to keep. The cost of returning it would be to high.

The mat arrived very promptly but I have had it down for less than 3 months and it is falling apart, I have had to turn it over because one side was quite deteriorated, now the other side is the same I will need to throw it out.

We haven’t received our mat yet which was ordered weeks ago now. Would love an update on when it will be delivered. This is the 2nd mat we have ordered the first came in record time about 12 months ago and extremely happy. This time I am concerned it has gone missing and we will not have it for our next camping trip in 2 weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Anthony, Sorry to hear this, this is the first time you have told us there is an issue. I have checked your order, it was placed as a PRE ORDER for a mat not yet in stock on Oct 25, it was sent out to you 36 hours after our stock came in on November 9th, we have emailed you the tracking number. I have just checked and see that it has not been delivered by Aus Post even though it left us 15 days ago, this is definitly a long time for Aus Post to make deliveres and we will follow it up. It is Christmas and we know some deliveries are taking longer especially with some of the border issues that Victoria but more recently SA did impose. I will have Odette reach out to Aus Post and follow up with you today and keep you informed of what we find out from them. Thanks team RM

Hi Carolyn, I think you'll find that you placed an order for a preorder item which means the mat is still being made for you. This is clearly ouslined on the website and we also send emails every few weeks updating you with the ETA. Many of our items are selling fast due to COVID and many are requested preorders like yourself which means you'll have to patiently wait for the item to be made. Many thansk Team RM
