“Hi, I actually sent you an email on 28/08/26 regarding the bad state that the parcel arrived in. Initial packing seemed to be the biggest issue. Our post office put the peg bags back in- wonder how many times they had fallen out on the journey?! I also enquired upon ordering additional packets of mat clips but received no response. I have purchased a large recycled mat a few years ago and have no problem with the product. Please refer to email from this email on 28/08/26. I can resend it if needed. Regards Andrea”

“I really like the mats. Colours are great. And reduce noise. I just have trouble getting rid of the fold out of the mat though …any tips welcomed. I will get another when I move.”

“Stunning design. Few faulty stitches in weave. Prompt delivery. Small section with chrushed threads, 2cm by 2cm.”

“A great company and easy to deal with. The mat looks amazing and is so vibrant in my classroom. It arrived in a short time and was neatly packaged in it's own carry bag.”

“I ordered the seedling mat as a gift. It arrived in good time and customer service was good but the colour on the website is a LOT different to the actual mat colour so I was disappointed with that.”

“Love it! We use a very large one for our annex base that our kids sleep in and it’s great, easy to sweep off but soft enough to walk on bare foot too.”

“Excellent service and product. My only recommendation is please try to use less plastic sticky tape or use compostable tape on packaging if possible.”
