“I love that they are recycled! And that they are quality made to last - which also helps with taking the issue of waste as they don’t need replacing often! I do want to know what can be done with the plastic mats once they start to deteriorate- the amount of micro plastics that break off (in usually beautiful outdoor places) is frightening! Do you have a facet of your business system that takes the old mats back in and can reuse the plastics again?”

“Recently, I ordered a rug that was heavily discounted and it was delivered the very next day! I was astonished with the speedy arrival, considering I live in a different state. Too bad it was the wrong design. However, as soon as I brought up the issue, I received a postage-paid label to return the wrong mat and they sent out the right one immediately. I received it a few days later and all is well. I'm still yet to use it, however, I'm very happy with the result.”

Hi Jillian, Colours can vary slightly each print run, however we do keep the website updated. If you didnt like your colour you are most welcome to return it to us if it's unused as per our returns and will happily refund or exchange no problems at all. Many thanks Team RM

“really lovely mats! we bought these for our community group to use at community events and especially love that they are made from recycled materials by a small Australian business! wonderful customer service. delivery was very pricey is the only downside.”
