Recently, I ordered a rug that was heavily discounted and it was delivered the very next day! I was astonished with the speedy arrival, considering I live in a different state. Too bad it was the wrong design. However, as soon as I brought up the issue, I received a postage-paid label to return the wrong mat and they sent out the right one immediately. I received it a few days later and all is well. I'm still yet to use it, however, I'm very happy with the result.
