After using a friend's mat on a camping trip and loving it, I decided to go out a purchase my own. On the second camp trip, I took the mat on, a camp chair had damaged some of the weaves. When contacting the company about the issue, they were less than helpful. 3 out of 5 stars; I appreciate the design, the idea and the overall quality, however, the price of the mat and the fact that you can only use specific chairs/items when camping and the client service provided when opposed with an issue is sub-par.
