I booked a spa treatment for two as a surprise Christmas gift to my wife, who I am certain will invite our grown up daughter to join her so they can really enjoy some rare "mum and daughter" time together. The booking seemed very straightforward.
I selected a nice looking/sounding, hotel spa in a convenient location and, while on the same part of the booking page, noticed that I could add an "afternoon tea for two" at a very reasonable extra cost - a perfect addition for my gift I thought. Sadly (and very annoyingly), the website DOES NOT make clear that the afternoon tea isn't automatically at the same location! This is very frustrating and should be made much clearer. I am very disappointed indeed and will unlikely use Red Letter days again.
