Avoid at all costs! Their customer services is practically non existent. No telephone number, minimal unhelpful responses in chat bot and no response to several emails in 3 weeks. Writing a poor review on a public forum tends to get a public response but they don’t bother to reply to customers communicating with them directly. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

I was looking forward to spending my birthday gift, even invited my sister to enjoy afternoon tea with me. The whole experience is so frustrating. I cannot book afternoon tea within a 10 mile radius of where I want to go. Such a waste of time, money and effort. Many of the venues I found online didn't even work with Red letter days anymore. What a disappointment. I have spent about 2 hours on it just to find a location, I would say absolutely impossible and there is no refund available. Just about says it all.

I have paid an extra £15 by booking with red letter days than if I had just paid the museum directly. I thought Red Letter Days were supposed to be cheaper ?.

I paid to upgrade, then when i tried booking it told me I had to pay another £20, after sending an email they asked for my details ans said they would book it for me, which i did, then they told me some BS and said i would have to book and pay it. the rooms are now booked so i cant use it and it will not give me the option to extend. will not use again ever.

What an absolute shambles of a company. Received a RLD £150 voucher as a present, thought it would be nice to use as a 2 night stay so chose this option, received another voucher which is really just a piece of paper. Picked a hotel which was an additional £142 but thought best check with them that they recognised RLD. The owner had never heard of RLD which doesn't inspire much confidence when their hotel is listed on RLD website! When I put this to RLD they said this may be because their bookings are done through Expedia, this was a new twist to the saga. They said they would price match Expedia which was some £100 less than what RLD were asking but I would need to pay the extra £142 first and provide all the relevant details as a price match once I had been. I gave up in the end as I had no confidence that they would actually make the booking and I'd turn up at the hotel with only my piece of useless paper! What a nightmare of a company!!

A complete Scam! We were given to vouchers which we try to redeem and it was near impossible. Eventually tried them for a different experience but never received the voucher have contact them several times and still not received it. I feel sorry for the people who gifted us these experiences trying to do a nice thing only to be scammed out of their money.

Booked a 2 night away accommodation was absolutely appalling it was full of homeless (halfway house) Paid extra for a supreme room with sea view. I wouldn’t like to know what a average room was We had a balcony which was unusable The noise was horrendous all day and night 3am someone fell down the stairs. Residents in and out all night shouting …. Our door had been forced open before we arrived so we bought some wedges to use whilst we were in Left most of our belongings in the car. Red Letter Day should be appalled with themselves for allowing places like this to be part of their deal , they should check accommodation themselves.

Absolute con! Trying to book Legoland for 2 people, turns out when I go and book they're trying to charge an additional £66 on top of what I've already paid! Surely this company isn't operating within the law and is false advertising

They took advantage of me, tricking me into thinking I was making money while all they were doing was robbing me. You will be duped by this website, so please avoid it. Within a few days of reporting the problem to "AlexcryptoFX @ writeme dt COM" I received my money back in addition to my profit. He’s an expert.

We had two vouchers, one for the London Eye, and one for lunch Marco Pierre White restaurant in Leicester Square. It was a Golden Wedding present. The London Eye was easy to book, and we had a good day. The restaurant however would not recognise our voucher. The person who gave us the gift thought we would do both on the same day and have a special celebration. No such luck. My husband has been trying to change the voucher for afternoon tea, nearer home. He used the chat function, because the phone number is permanently engaged. Still awaiting a response. I really wonder how this company have such good reviews on Trust Pilot, when so many people have bad experiences of them. Have asked our family not to bother with them again.

I received a recommendation from my sister about a crypto recovery expert team called Hackspeditous when I lost over $166,000 to a crypto scam. Initially, everything was going well, and I was making reasonable profits. However, after three months, I started facing several issues, which eventually led to me being unable to access my account. I consulted some teams that I thought could help me, yet it only resulted in a series of extortions. I had to deal with everything privately. One night, while having a lengthy conversation with my sister about financial security, I shared my troubles with her. She advised me to consult external experts, and Hackspeditous was one of the teams she suggested. She provided their email as a medium of contact, and I followed the instructions, after which I received feedback from the team a few hours later. They asked me a few questions and gave me some instructions, which I followed through with. Within a week, I was able to recover my money, and I'm glad I didn't hesitate to follow through with this team. Sending an email to (hackspeditously @ gmail .com) has given me a turnaround in my finances. I'm elated to share this news with everyone and offer the same medium to anyone who might need it. Don't hesitate to reach out today. You can contact them through email: (hackspeditously @ gmail .com) or WhatsApp: +1 5 6 7 2 4 6 3 1 1 7.
