I was given the gift of a track day for my birthday, this was put on hold because of the pandemic but after several months of going back and forward, the track I wanted was no longer open, you had to pay extra to go on the weekend and with limited stock, you were only given the option of paying hundreds of pounds more for the supercars. Deciding it wasn't worth the extra money, I opted for a cooking course, only to be told that the school was no longer accepting Red Letter Day vouchers! I eventually used the voucher for a coffee braista course which was very good (Hence the extra star) but could have easily been booked through their own website. I would avoid Red Letter Days.

We booked one of the better driving experience for a friends 50th, one of the reasons we used Red letter days was the advertised cash back with with Top cash back, when after purchasing I looked on me Top cashback account and it said Red letter days had declined the payment £20, its not a big deal, just a bit disappointing, I'll use virgin next time.

Queued for over 1 hour to register for a 1030 booking which took till 1140, which was lucky as it was outside and dry. After waiting 10mins for my name to be called for a sighting lap, eventually an announcement was made to join a queue in different place. Poor signage with people stood in front of paper signs, I was stood in queue for being driven on a fast lap instead of sighting lap, then eventually realised along with other people and had to join another queue. The sighting lap has to be completed before driving cars, my name was called several times whilst waiting for a sighting lap. Then had to wait for my name to be called again for the drives. On the app that shows waiting times for the cars, the one car said ready in 20 mins. After about 45 mins I noticed the car hadn’t moved nor the names on the list so enquired as to what was happening. Apparently an instructor hadn’t turned up despite the fact that the car had been around the circuit several times earlier, they eventually found an instructor and the 2 names in front of me were called and I think they must have given up and gone home so I went in next, that was at 3.30pm so you need most of the day at the circuit despite what you are told on line. When I eventually drove the cars it was a great experience although one of the cars wasn't available.. It was basically organised chaos.

I could not find where to put the recipient's address so it has come to me. I now have to parcel it up and send it to my friend costing me even more money in postage.

Good products but appalling customer service. I made a mistake on my order. No way to contact company to get it put right. They have no phone line or email address. Eventually used their contact form, never got a reply. Would buy experiences from a different company in future. It’s a pity because there are some great experiences on their website, but no back up.

I placed an order on 30th March and haven’t received it yet. Normally it arrives within 2 days. I wanted this for a birthday present tomorrow. Not good enough. I’ll have to find something else now,

Two Night Breaks for £99 sometimes with discount sounds like an attractive offer but when it comes to finding accommodation ends there. Either not available in the area wanted or not available in the required time. Also seems to be very few that include breakfast.It also seems that the popular accommodations have a supplement

Disappointed .com This may not be directly due to Red Letter days, but the Spa Day, through Mcdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa, was severlly disappointing. 55 min massage, half "thermal suite" unavailable, relaxation room (room with no lights a few candles), a small towel, robe that didn't fit, followed by "cream tea", 2 small coffee or tea, smallest scone i have ever encountered (size of golf ball) & a glass of fizzy plonk! All this for 2 people cost £169, massively over priced and underwhelming.

Difficult to book. The experience we wanted is no longer available at the place we wanted do now face a 2.5hour drive to the nearest available one. Booked as a treat and it's just turned into a farce. Had to pay extra £20 for a weekend however no other dates available. Wish I hadn't bothered.

Purchased Red Letter racing pack for Ffos Las. On receipt of vouchers thought great what a service. Then it went downhill. Rang racecourse as advised to book date and they said they would ring back from booking office and lady who deals with it. 10 days gone 8 phone calls to ffos las each one promising I would get a phone call from booking office. Nothing yet. Please help.

I used my nhs discount to purchase hard rock cafe brunch however they didnt have availability for a long time therefore needed to swap them. I was very disappointment to find out that to transfer them i completely lost my discount. This was very disappointing.

I inadvertently put down the wrong house number for delivery of a Red Letter Day experience gift card for a friend. When I spotted the error I rang Red Letter Day several times but it always went to voicemail as they were on training. I emailed and got a response to say the amendment had been noted and the item would be dispatched to the amended house number. However My friend received 2 separate Red Letter Days on the same day - one at her home address and one at the wrong address I supplied. Have I been charged twice? Also the voucher numbers are completely different. I paid £4 for a “Deluxe gift box” but it looks far from Deluxe! Disappointing first experience which could well be my last. Not good enough Red Letter Day.

Didn’t think it was very clear where I could use the offer for my spa day. It said I had to call a number to book. Tried selling all day and every time it rang a few times then cut off. I had to contact hotel directly. I phoned the hotel and it was an answer phone, left 2 messages but no one phoned me back. Eventually got through to check availability only to be told I had to put it in an email. That was 4 days ago and haven’t heard back. I’m wanting to go in 4 days time!!! This is all before I have had my Spa Experience, watch this space !!

I suppose we are just unlucky. Our niece bought us a Red Letter experience and we decided to have a meal out at a local Italian restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant only to be turned away because they had,,,,,,,,,,,, Covid!!!!!!

Ordered several days ago now ,present for my Sister and Brother in law, Theatre tickets for Xmas present, but although they've received other mail, they haven't had my gift, if doesn't turn up soon, will be seeking a refund.

Waited over a week for delivery and when received the envelope was opened and contents had been tampered with. Obviously not RLD but the delivery service they use Royal Mail. Also this review asks if you want to upload photos but won't allow you too. Very dissatisfied.
