Voucher was for a Spa day for 2 with 55 min treatments. Only available in 5 Marriot hotels. We went to Bearsted Manor in Kent. Could only book in between 12.30 and 4.30. Swimming lessons and aquarobics in the pool for all but 30mins! No staff on Spa desk to show us round. Nowhere nearby to get a drink. However treatments were excellent. Very disappointed.

Bought 2 x e-voucher as needed to get as presents within a couple of days. Great price (lowest I found) but I didn’t receive email confirmation, and as I hadn’t opted to sign up had no way of getting e-vouchers, other than to call. Left number for call back as per automated message - call didn’t come. Called later that day, on hold for approx 1 hour to have emails sent. Email came through from @buyagift. No apology from agent, poor service.

I bought a night away to Rothay Gardens as a gift for my son 40th birthday. He phoned up in June to book the night away they confirmed that a room was available in August as requested. He said that he had the red letter days vouchers, Then to be told that they have none of '' Them '' rooms available untill September/ October.

I ordered a super car drive experience. I received the voucher however since then I couldn’t get through to the company to book a date for the experience. The voucher can not be used online for the experience. I have tried contacting the the company by email and telephone but they are not responding to my emails and their telephone number is not working. This was meant to be a Father’s Day gift and the plan was ruined. Therefore, as I have had a bad experience, I have rated my experience two stars and will not be rushing to use this company again.

Easy enough to order but the message on the card in the presentation box did NOT fit in the box and so words were missed off. Not happy it was not noticed especially when spending over £200!

The red letter took three days to arrive. when I opened it to have a peek at the info inside it was addressed to me. it was to be a surprise for someone else. I removed the part addressed to me before writing on the envelope (no place to write a message or a way to have it printed). Think it would have looked very bad had I given the gift and when opened it was addressed to me, almost like a used gift. I think the part addressed to me should have been on the outside of the presentation envelope and there should be away to send a message instead of hand writing it. what if I had sent it direct to the person.

I booked the Red Letter experience last weekend, received no confirmation email and have not received any dispatch information. I’m sure the experience itself will be superb but when you’re spending a lot of £, you’d appreciate that level of reassurance.

No communication with regards to dispatch, also tried to phone and waited 54 minutes eventually hung up. In the end phoned the recipient of the surprise (non-surprise!! now) to check if they have received it. Will not use Red Letter Days again.

I paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day I had confirmation of that date for delivery and I waited in all day for it not to turn up! The day after I received tracking information that it was to be delivered by Royal Mail and it turned up by fedex! Really not happy! And for the price it was tiny and absolutely not worth the money or the delivery service

Purchased a red letter day on the 20th Dec paid extra for delivery before Christmas My son and his wife live 250 miles away so it would have been a nice surprise for them to receive it before Christmas

I bought a flight stimulator experience day for £120 then got an email a day later to say £40 off £120 and above experiences. Very dissappointed I didn't receive this saving. I feel quiet ripped off.

Nothing wrong with easy of purchase or delivery. Was most disappointed with the Haynes pensioner manual. I expected a full size probably A4 size. Not a cut down small item.

The purchasing process was easy and delivery made quickly. HOWEVER, very disappointed that, having received a mail offering a 20% discount, and made a purchase, I then receive another offering 23% !!!!! Not impressed.

I’m living in South East, it seems it’s very difficult to get an adventure near me, and if you publicised a place near me, like Crawley, it was unavailable, or impossible to book when I want to.

Not completely happy with this service I recieved. I ordered for next day delivery and payed the extra money for this to happen. Giving at least 2-3 days before valentines day and yet I did not receive the product for valentines day. Instead I got it a week later. I had to prove my address and for some reason, this made the whole experience ridiculous. I have product now. But I won't use this company again
