I ordered a helicopter experience but unfortunately our local centre doesn't operate the particular one l wanted. I realised my mistake as soon as l had booked it and have requested a refund. Still awaiting a response 5 days later.

I brought the red letter day for someone else, it was his 60th birthday. he was very please that his mates got together to get him a 2 day weekend break with 1 evening meal and 2 breakfasts included

Can’t give a review until the event has taken place. Yes, the red letter days service is quick and easy but I don’t know if the events are value for money until after the event.

Voucher arrived promptly for a special birthday present. No feedback possible about booking the experience yet, hope it goes well! Concerned about past reviews of customer service, though.

Bought the afternoon tea for two with the spa and one treatment for two package. This was purchased under the belief it was a one day experience but they are two separate experiences. The recipient liked this because she got two experiences with different people. However, when I booked the spa at one of the options I was told that I had to pay extra for the treatment that was included in the package. When I raised this with red letter days they said that the external companies were able to change what they offered with the voucher? So be aware, and I’m sure it says it in the minischule small print that nobody reads, that when you purchase a voucher that you may not get what you pay for. Will not purchase from here again.

I received a Red Letter gift for Christmas and was excited to book my theatre tickets until I realised there were extra costs involved £40.50 or £337.00 depending on which seats I wanted. This totally ruined the gift.

I bought a voucher for our grandson's birthday. Buying the voucher and forwarding it to his mum was straightforward. I've seen several reviews saying that problems were experienced when the recipient tried to redeem the voucher, so will reserve judgment until I hear how they got on.

Booked a Helicopter flight for my Wifes Birthbay. Could not book the flight site as advertised on the RLD website was redirected to Adventure Experience website which did not have the flight site I had planned to use near her Birthday Holiday. Then had to register with AE whose site corrupted the Ref No. which caused concern, also could'nt book a flight on her Birthday. VERY Dissapointed in the whole process.

I bought the tank ride experience with passenger as presents for a couple. They haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on that. I found the booking experience clunky and it was difficult to get both presents in one gift box. Annoyingly no telephone number for customer service to sort this out and I had to wait an age to ‘speak’ remotely via the chat line. Finger crossed that aspect now in the post. Not terribly impressed so far.

I paid £7 for next day delivery and unfortunately it didn’t arrive for a few days so that’s the only downside to my purchase

I had my gift voucher emailed. The voucher is not very gift looking. Also shows the value. Would be nice if it looked more attractive and had the option to hide the amount
