Although the package was in a box there was an open window at the back - so when the postage label was stuck on over the window it stuck to the plastic packaging. This plastic packaging tore when opening and it was purchased as a gift! Not happy!!!

I bought this for our daughter and she’s pleased with the gift but we found it impossible to navigate a way to email her the gift! No answer on the phone when we tried to get help. In the end I forwarded my email confirmation to her.It was frustrating

I was happy with the choice of experiences available and the discount code made it more affordable, however, the website didn't seem to recognise my address and I had to get a friend to book for me which was disappointing.

I have bought a couple of Red Letter Days and have been very pleased with them, however this time I have had a lot of difficulty finding locations to use my voucher. I am in contact with Customer Services atm because although the package was advertised as having 61 locations I can only see 18/22 when I login. The only locations I can see are not ones that I am interested in as I have either been to the area before or they are too far away for us to travel to for two nights. So at the moment I am not happy but I hope that this can be rectified. If not, sadly, I probably would not purchase another Red Letter Day.

Easy to purchase and rapid delivery. However, product was posted with the name of the person the present was for on the front so it got opened before christmas and ruined the suprise which was disappointing.

Service was prompt but I was a little disappointed that the day after I placed my order you offered a discount with a code on the same item. When I tried to exchange and get for the better price I couldn’t. Just made me feel like I had been ripped off As it was literally 10 hours later 😐

The package for the races made the day out half price which is great only downside was that once I paid I then got sent a 25% off code to use bought the voucher I needed had already been purchased.

Whilst the ease of purchase and value for money was great from Red Letter Days they sadly let down by the Prezzo Restaurant we booked as part of our experience. Service from the Restaurant was extremely poor and we had two menus taken off us and replaced with a very limited list. Felt like a second rate customer that they just weren’t bothered about.

Booked junior supercar driving red letter days booking system really easy to use but driveme wasn't had to ring then no dates were available for months so had to pay to extend voucher time then had to pay to have a time slot after 10am then they try to sell you additional insurance which isn't needed and the track is almost like a small oval which is great for kids but does mean the 6 laps are over very quick. My 15 yr old loved it and would do it again

The online booking was easy, however booking the actual experience was hard. My sister and I spent nearly £12 on phone calls! We are quite upset about this. Nowhere does it mention it's premium rate. We had to wait in line many times to even get any dates. When we finally booked it was a black Ferrari where all the experience photos were red. We hope the day will be special when it arrives. We also had to pay extra for insurance.

Clear website and prompt delivery. However, I purchased aThames Rockets powerboating taster and meal and cocktail for 2 at Marco Pierre White's steakhouse. Perfect - unfortunately the gift pack voucher says "34 percent off ..." I phoned customer services who said that was just how the voucher was printed and did include the boat and free meal and cocktail. Very disappointing, have had to print off e.voucher which is correct and hope that all OK when gift is redeemed.

Was able to have the voucher shipped to another address to keep the surprise from my husband Linked into site via discount code but was not processed
