Usually it would be 5 star but not this time. As I had ordered a gift box I had expected the voucher to be in the box. Unfortunately this was not the case which is disappointing

Was sent many money off codes to use for my birthday but were unable to use any of them on product I wanted. Pointless sending them

Said there were 17 locations to choose from for the super car experience. Turns out there’s not, as the vast majority of locations just says that there are no event dates available to book, and those that do have availability, the closest is months away. Wouldn’t have bought the experience if I’d have known about the very limited availability.

Very disappointing I ordered this for a wedding present and ticked for a gift box expecting a lovely red one. It only arrived in a normal sleeve. I tried ringing and was about 10th in the queue so gave up. Order was 3 working days and took 4.

The package arrived very quickly but I'm disappointed with the choice, we had wanted to go to Buxton but the nearest place available is Ashbourne so then looked at The New Forest and again disappointed with the choice.

I purchased a voucher as a gift for a couple. I didn’t want to buy a pack to restrict what they were able to purchase. The problem with vouchers is that when sending this, you are unable to customise a message to send with it. Considering these are mainly purchased as gifs for other people, not being able to send with a note to someone is a major flaw. The recipient receives the vouchers not knowing who sent them unless you give this personally. I had to tell the person in advance of the gift and who sent it. Also I was not able to know if the letter/ info was going to be addressed to myself or the delivery person. Please make it possible to add a gift message when sending all products!

It was easy to order and send, however I didn’t get any confirmation it was dispatched or delivered. Considering it was a gift for someone some form of update would have been nice as it lead to worry that the gift wasn’t going to be delivered on time

Had a confirmation email and a downloadable evoucher attached but the gift I requested didn't arrive at the recipients address sadly

It was relatively easy to place the order and confirmation was received quickly. However, I had to make 2 phone calls and email customer services to get confirmation that the order had been dispatched despite the initial email saying a despatch email would be sent to me. I was concerned because it was for a Golden Wedding gift and I wanted to know it was on its way.

I would preferred if Red Letter Days organized everything, instead of leaving it to the customer to contact the venders. They are really the middle guys. It's probably easier to contact the venders directly!

I was sad, although RedLetter days gave a full refund and were very professional, I was disappointed that the affiliated company didn’t provide the helicopter experience (it would have been amazing) but RedLetter Days gave money back ASAP when I contacted them so they were great.

I booked a spa treatment for two as a surprise Christmas gift to my wife, who I am certain will invite our grown up daughter to join her so they can really enjoy some rare "mum and daughter" time together. The booking seemed very straightforward. I selected a nice looking/sounding, hotel spa in a convenient location and, while on the same part of the booking page, noticed that I could add an "afternoon tea for two" at a very reasonable extra cost - a perfect addition for my gift I thought. Sadly (and very annoyingly), the website DOES NOT make clear that the afternoon tea isn't automatically at the same location! This is very frustrating and should be made much clearer. I am very disappointed indeed and will unlikely use Red Letter days again.
