“They didn't! First time I've bought from you - an overnight stay with dinner for parents in law xmas present. I ticked gift wrapped but there was no place to say it was for xmas or delay delivery so I put on address label - open 25 Dec. Despite this, nothing on label when delivered - it was in a box but they nearly threw it away as it looked like marketing. When opened the message from us was v small writing. You need a tick box alongside gift wrapped to say this is a xmas gift and a delivery delay option.”

“Red Letter Days are a great idea and I have only used it once recently. It would be better if you could book the event through your system. It was quite awkward to have to contact the company myself and get a date sorted for what I choose and then try to get more information. It would be better if you could do this through your system. Still a good idea though.”

“The Black Friday discount code I was offered did not apply to the Gift vouchers I was buying. No indication that this would not apply to vouchers despite the code apparently being accepted. Could not find any small print. Paid full price at checkout. I was not surprised as 25% off seemed a little too good to be true. However, the vouchers arrived very promptly and were discreetly packaged. Unable to advise on the experience - it is a gift for someone which has not yet been used.”

“I got a discount for Black Friday. But didn’t expect the. voucher I got in the post to give as a gift to say 34% off. It makes the gift look cheap”

“Hi! I bought a restaurant deal. The problem is after I bought it, I need to book the restaurant through redeem for a specific date and time. I would prefer being able to print out a voucher and bring it to the restaurant last minute if the restaurant accepts it, without have to make advanced booking.”

“Brilliant website easy to use and cheap. Wasn't 100% clear on terms of the voucher tho so an additional charge was added at the venue. Overall a good buy and will defiantly concider using again”
